The tour is free and individually tailored to you. Within 2-3 days, our specialists from the Spanish office will show you the objects that interest you the most in a company car.

After the inspection tour, choose the object you are interested in (if necessary, you can inspect it again). Get to know the amount of discount that our company can get for you from the developer.

Once you have made the decision to purchase, our specialists will arrange a date for signing the reservation agreement. At the reservation stage, you only need to pay a small amount of about 3000 euros.

You can open a bank account only if you have a real estate reservation agreement. Our specialists will book a convenient time and day for you and accompany you to the bank. All communication is handled by our representatives.

A foreigner’s number is required to buy a home or a car in the Kingdom of Spain. Our specialists from the Spanish office will order the NIE for you and you will receive it within a few days.

Depending on the method of payment chosen for the purchase of real estate, you may need to clear the cash imported into Spain. Our specialists will accompany you to the local customs office so that you do not have any problems with declaring them.

After the payment for the property is made, our specialists meet with you at a notary to sign the real estate purchase agreement. The meeting is attended by the buyer, the developer’s representative/seller, our representative and the notary. After signing, you receive the keys and documents for the apartment.

Doors

The built-in cabinets in the rooms are already installed and ready for use.
